| Sig is no Bully! Take that Bill Douahue and your article that you wrote in 2007 April edtion of the Men Jouneral. It nice to know that Mike asked that queston to Matt and Edgar about that and Edgar cleared the air with it and said "No, he not a bully." |

| He's not a bully, but a hardworker. If you're going to work for him you know your role and will pull your share. In fact, I think he's one of the easier going captains (next to Andy/Johnathan). He's fair, careful and one of the smarter ones too.

| Sig isn't a bully at all.Sig maybe it is a little bit tough but not too much.Sig just make his crew work hard because if the crew works hard then they can go home sooner...So Sig wants the best for his crew...he isn't a bully at all. |

| I haven't had a chance to see the conversation yet, but, from watching the episodes you can see than Sig is a more than fair man and I don't think he would expect anyone to work any harder than he does himself . If you're not prepared to do that, then I think you are on the wrong boat!! |

| I think that when you are in a position of authority, and it really is your decisions alone that make or break these guys paychecks you have to be a little strict. I also don't think that his attitude or sense of humor is interpreted correctly sometimes... very sarcastic, and very deadpan, would be my guess. |

| I actually liked that Mike Rowe asked that question to Matt and Edgar because it gave them the opportunity to tell it like it is. They said he was a psychologist at one point, saying that Sig was able to get them to do stuff they didn't even know they were doing. They called him magical. They wouldn't wanna work for anyone else - that's the impression I got, and I was pleased to see the question pushed out there. |
