Hey MM! I was looking at it yesterday and see there is an option to make the ticket "public" and one to make it "private". Private is probably just the mods/admins or maybe just the admins. We'll have to wait and see :-)

A ticket is just a way of tracking forum support,if you have a problem with the site you lodge a ticket and wait when the admins go through all the tickets and get to yours it will be answered.

Its like waiting in line with a number.I think the forum support topic has been removed from the bottom of the front page and a ticket sytem put in.
