There is a bit right before the actual middle that made me want more action but right after that - I didn't put it down until I was done. just FYI: The LaConte was not a crabber, they were groundfishing, some places to buy the book don't define that.

Also, Missy, Spike's book "Coming Back Alive" is about the same boat, just a different point of view. Also, the Fishing Vessel LaConte was a wooden boat, not a steal boat. I read both books, and they are both good, but I kind of like "The Last Run" better.

Borders was teamed with Amazon, but actually, they just split from them and now have their own website at Home - Borders - Books, Music and Movies. I received an email from Amazon just a few days ago notifying me of the change. I believe the Borders online site also covers the Waldenbooks chain too.
