Hi, from the little country stuck on the side of England (but we'd be bigger if we flattened it out Ha!} , watched the first series, loved every minute, glued to the second season, can't wait for my next Tuesday fix. I'm a wife, mother of two girls and have just found this forum, will try to post often if I can wrestle the keyboard away from my eldest.
WELCOME SUE!! Next time you wrestle that keyboard away, explore this site a little. There's lots of interesting info about the show and the fishermen here...not to mention a bit of gossiping about the next season! I like that we're becoming a real global community!

Hi,
Thanks for the welcome, the name was inspired by the picture, but kinda sums up my outlook on life, I love celtic mythology and am big time into living history re-enacting.
i find it amazing the way all the crews on these boats risk their lives to do what they do, but live life to full if it's what you want to do!!
Just gonna try and post a couple of pics to show you what happened here yesteday evening's tide. I live on a tidal estuary and this happens to a greater or lesser degree every spring and autumn.
We usually lose a couple of cars a year the last being a brand new Mini about £21,000 worth a complete right off.
