Hi Jennifer--welcome to the chaos that is us.

It looks like your pic is in your profile, but you have to add it as your avatar. Go to "User CP" (scroll up and on the second thin, blue line, it's the first item). Scroll down to where it says "Edit Avatar" on the left and put your pic in there. You can use two different pictures or the same one.
