| first time-please be gentle Hello to all the FVNW fans out there. I'm an Aussie girl lucky enough to be married to an Aussie crab fisherman - still sexy but not nearly as crazy as those Bering Sea guys!! This is the first time I have used the whole internet chat thingy and any tips would be appreciated. I notice some people have stuff like "deckhand' and 'Greenhorn' under their posts and would love to know how that happens. Keep up the great work and everyone stay safe out there.  |

| Re: first time-please be gentle Hi Suebee and welcome to the Northwestern forums! The fishing boat position titles: greenhorn, deckhand, etc.... happen automatically and you work your way up the line so to speak, as your post count increases. The more you chat with us, the higher your ranking  Glad you decided to join us, make yourself at home!
