Like the DC show, I'm sure they have tons of film footage and had to leave tons on the cutting room floor.

I would imagine they tried to get as much stuff in 4 episodes as they could, so that could explain the choppiness to it.

For us fans you would think they would just have more episodes with all that footage, but Discovery only wants so many since they have other shows like Dirty jobs to get on to. Which is soo silly to me, we really only need Deadliest catch, right?
