| A ticket is just a way of tracking forum support,if you have a problem with the site you lodge a ticket and wait when the admins go through all the tickets and get to yours it will be answered.
Its like waiting in line with a number.I think the forum support topic has been removed from the bottom of the front page and a ticket sytem put in. |
